I thought I could just do it on my own...easy peasy. I recently stopped working out with my personal trainer (not because she's not awesome 'cause she is) but our schedules just couldn't jive anymore. So, I figured, I have weights at home, I can just work out on my own, no problemo! I had all the best intentions of doing my full strength training sessions 2 to 3 times a week for an hour.
